A Texel classic, continued with care
Hotel Zeerust has been a trusted address on Texel for over a hundred years. Under the watchful eye of the previous owners, Andreas and Andrea, the hotel grew into a much-loved place for guests seeking peace, comfort and the close proximity of forest and beach.
Since 2026, Peter and Maikel have proudly taken over ownership. With great respect for the character and warm atmosphere of Zeerust, they continue the work of their predecessors. At the same time, the hotel is being carefully renewed step by step, combining modern comfort with the familiar Texel hospitality.
In addition to Hotel Zeerust, Peter and Maikel also run Hotel Het Uilenbos, located just 300 metres away. Two unique hotels, each with its own identity, yet united by the same dedication to quality and a relaxed stay on the island.
